Praa Sands is a long sandy beach on the Lizard Peninsula. The South West Coastal Path runs nearby. You can walk to Marazion or Porthleven along the coast. St Michael's Mount is accessible at low tide from Marazion.

The main house sleeps 10 adults and 2 children across four bedrooms three king-size en-suite rooms upstairs and a ground-floor family bunk room. The Love Shack is a self-contained studio with a king-size bed, shower room, kitchenette and sea views.
St Michael's Mount (6 miles), Porthleven harbour (4 miles), St Ives (15 miles, 30 minutes) and the Stones Reef Complex at Praa Sands are all within easy reach.

Designed by award-winning architect Alex Michaelis with floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise the sea views from every room.
The den has an Xbox, fussball table and piano. Outside there is a treehouse, trampoline, slide and ping pong table.
Three king-size rooms upstairs each have en-suite bathrooms with freestanding baths. The Love Shack adds a sixth sleeping space.
The living room has a wood-burning stove with wood provided for the first fire. Perfect for cooler Cornish evenings.

To reach Little Cottage and Love Shack by car, head to Praa Sands on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall using postcode TR20 9TA. There are two parking spaces on the front drive and space for an additional vehicle in front of the gate. A small car park a few metres from the house provides extra parking on a first-come-first-served basis.
The nearest railway station is Penzance, approximately 6 miles away. From Penzance you can take a taxi directly to the property at Praa Sands.
