Little Cottage is an award-winning architect-designed beach house at Praa Sands on Cornwall's south coast. Designed by Alex Michaelis, it sits on a huge private plot with its own garden separating it from the beach. You can reach the sand in under a minute via a path from the garden. The house is light-flooded with wide sea and sky views across the whole bay.
Praa Sands is a beautiful south-facing beach on the Lizard Peninsula. The property sits just 40 metres from the South West Coast Path. Stones Reef Beach Bar and Kitchen is on the beach along with surfing, paddleboarding and kayaking at the Boatshed Activity Centre.
The house sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children under 16.

St Michael's Mount in Marazion is 4 miles away (10 minutes). Porthleven harbour is 5 miles (12 minutes). St Ives is 12 miles (25 minutes). The Minack Theatre at Porthcurno is 9 miles (20 minutes).

To reach Little Cottage by car, take the A394 towards Praa Sands and follow signs to the beach. The property is accessed via a gate opening onto a path leading down to the house. There are 2 spaces on the drive plus room for an extra vehicle in front of the gate.
The nearest railway station is Hayle, approximately 8 miles away. From there a taxi will take you directly to the property. Penzance station is around 7 miles away and has more frequent services from London Paddington and other major cities.
