The welcome pack was thoughtful, featuring homemade scones (a shame they weren't vegan, but we managed!), cream tea, free-range eggs from the chickens, plus coffee pods and milk. We'd definitely recommend it! A quick heads-up though - having a car is essential if you want to go out, as the pub and shop are about a mile awayand walking might be tough unless you're really fit or into serious hiking. The owners were very responsive but kept a low profile, which we appreciated. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable break!

We had such a lovely time staying at The Meadows! The house was charmingand the enclosed garden with fantastic views was perfect, especially enjoying the hot tub under the stars in the evening. The location is great for exploring nearby spots like Downderry, Seaton, Looe, Cawsand, Kingsandand Whitsand. It's also only about 30 minutes to Plymouth and an hour to Newquay or Watergate Bay. The hosts were really helpful too. Can't wait to come back!
