Great house, we loved it. Wish the hot tub was electric, small issue with shower door. And could not get a signal on the tv in the bedroom downstairs. Apart from that, we loved every moment.

Generally, we had a pleasant week and the generous provisions were very much appreciated. The location was perfect. We were unable to use the woodfired external hot tub because of the recommended three hours needed to prepare it and the necessity to change the water every two days. It would have been helpful to have clearer information about this in advance. The HIVE thermostat remained offline throughout our stay, so there was no timed hot water or heating.

We had a lovely stay here. Lots of space for two families, large garden, and a great spot to explore the area. Short walk to a beautiful beach, easy drive to Land's End and for a visit to St Michael's Mount. The rooms were large and clean, big space upstairs to all relax together, and a nice sunny deck for morning coffees. Thank you.

We loved this property, great location, incredibly well equipped and very homely with plenty of space for our family to relax. Lots of quirky design features, lots of books and games, comfortable beds, plenty of parking and a nice walk down to the beach or coast path just a great space overall and we really enjoyed our stay here. The reverse living and bedroom layout single bedroom off the king upstairs and then through to the ensuite may not suit all, but it was fine for us. Property is a bit creaky and some doors could do with an oil, but only a very minor thing in a very lovely property.

We made a late booking for 6 persons and found the accommodation coped well. Our stay coincided with wet stormy weather all over Cornwall, so use of the balcony and garden was minimal! We found the walk down to Praa Sands beach rather long and the return walk uphill testing. High points were visits to Cape Cornwall and St Just , as well as storm watching at Porthleven.The local church of St Germoe was a nice walk from the Links. The groundfloor kitchendining room was very dark during daylight hours being overshadowed by the large first floor balcony structure. The electric lighting was very poor even though supplemented by several stand alone lamps turning every light on or off became tedious. In contrast the upstairs living room was wonderfully light and airy with very comfortable seating.

What a property pictures do not do it justice. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, hot tub works well and kids loved the fire pit. Very well stocked kitchen with top range appliances and equipment. Welcome cream tea was much appreciated. Books galore, games etc. The area is very picturesque lots of good beaches too many to name. You really do not need to take anything other than clothes and food!! Thank you
