Bayvista, Carbis Bay

Very comfortable accommodation arranged over 2 levels. Very clean on arrival, even came to check the hot tub half way through the week. Welcome basket was very thoughtful, but we had to go and buy salt and pepper! Would definitely visit again.

Amazing property, everything you needed plus a beautiful view. Fantastic location, one minute walk from the train station to get into St Ives. Great showers and comfy beds!

Wow, this property is everything you want to relax and reset. Heavenly views, clean, everything works ! Fluffy towels and luxury linen. Thoughtfully equipped, plugs my mirrors. High end appliances. Hot tub to relax the achey muscles after walking the glorious coastal paths. Short 4 minutes train ride to St Ives right outside the door . Thank you , we will be back .

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views. We really enjoyed our stay here and were very lucky with the weather. The hot tub was a lovely way to relax and enjoy the view. Would love to come back again.

Have had such a lovely time here the apartment is just great, well furnished and with amazing views. We've waked down to Lelant, up to Knills Monument and into St Ives, as well as using the train. Weather has been amazing. Would love to come back! Thank you!

Beautiful house, which met all of our needs. We made a lot of use of the hot tub during our stay. We also enjoyed using the binoculars to look at the incredible views and to search for dolphins. The playing cards were a nice touch and we filled our evenings playing card games as a family.

We had a fantastic stay here but were very disappointed as whilst we were enjoying a coffee in bed on our last day, looking at the wonderful view we were interrupted by the hot tub man emptying the pool and prepping it for the next guests! ! Not only were we not able to use the facilities until the checkout time, the time wed payed over 3000 to have use till but we felt we were prisoners in the room as we had to close all the blinds so the chap couldn't see us in bed! Really not acceptable! We also had the cleaners sat in the carpark whilst we packed the car, Talk about wanting you OUT!

Bayvista, WOW what a place! An absolutely stunning home with a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, washing machine and spectacular views! The house was very clean along with the garden area and the hot tub. There was no faults at all apart from the lack of wardrobe space. The location was ideal with the beach being opposite and the train station a minute walk away which takes you to St Ives in less than 4 minutes. We absolutely loved everything about this place. It was modern clean and quirky. We didn't want to leave! We also loved the welcome gift and tote bag. Such a lovely touch with a warm welcome. Thank you and until next time! Beautifully appointed house, decor and attention to detail is wonderful. Loved the restful colours and refreshing take on coastal. The location is perfect with great restaurants and beaches in walking distant.

We thought the apparent was finished to a high standard and the location was perfect. We would love to return next year but have looked to re book and seen the prices have gone up to much that we would have to look at something else as it is now out of our budget. We were hoping this place would be somewhere we could call our little getaway in Carbis bay. Thank you for making our holiday and helping loss of our beloved doggy Beau xx

The only reasons that I didn't give this very nice property a 5 was a The speciation on line said that it had a dryer, it does not. Therefore, because the weather was rather wet at times, we needed to use radiators to dry clothes. b There was no direct access from the back bedroom to the hot tub or the doorway to the road which would be more convenient. No problem if you are a family but not so convenient with friends. A pity the architect didn't substitute the back bedroom window for a door as this would have given access. Also the intermediate gate along what would have been an access way was not bolted we couldn't access the bolt so occasionally blew open and shut in the wind. c The back bedroom lacked space between the bed and side walls. Also lacked storage space for hanging clothes. Overall though the apartment was superbly decorated and the seating area was very comfortable. It's also got superb views and is only a short walk to the train station into St Ives

We had a great holiday at Bayvista. On arrival it was spotless, the fresh flowers and welcome gift were lovely. The house is really comfortable as were the beds. The view is just breathtaking. The hot tub was maintained all week and was lovely to chill out in after busy days. We will definitely return.

Bayvista is a clean, comfortable, well furnished, dog friendly apartment with stunning views over Carbis Bay beach, and the hot tub is a perfect place to relax while watching the sun set over St Ives. The coastal path walk into St Ives about a mile and a half is always a pleasure but, if youre feeling lazy, Carbis Bay train station is literally next door! The Cornish Arms is a friendly pub within walking distance that does great food and if youre lucky enough to bump into Annie, ask her tell you one of her jokes!! Weve been holidaying in Carbis Bay for many years now and this is our first time at Bayvista. It wont be the last .

Been visiting St Ives for many years now and always choose to stay in Carbis Bay as we love the coastal path walk into the town. This is our first stay in Bayvista but wont be our last time. The Views are stunning and the apartment is clean, comfortable and well furnished. Watching the sun set over St Ives from the balcony is our favourite pastime! Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful accommodation. See you again soon!!

Had a wonderful time in Carbis Bay. Love the place. Amazing views of the bay. Weather was great all week. Dog loved the beach. We will be back.

The bedrooms do not have enough storage space, and the bathrooms only have enough space to dry one towel at a time. . Also the outside areas seem to need a sweep and tidy.

Had a great week at Bayvista. Beautifully finished and equipped. Lovely location and great sea views. We saw a pod of dolphins once and seals on several occasions.

We had a lovely time in this wonderfully placed property, all of two minute to the train station and five to the great sandy beach. Nothing to want for by the way of equipment and high spec finishing. The experience was topped of with the binoculars having forgotten to bring our owner. Thanks for being so thoughtful!

We had an incredible time at Bayvista. The views over Carbis Bay & towards St Ives are spectacular. Having the train station opposite was fabulous and we rarely moved the car visiting St Ives, Truro, Penzance and Falmouth easily the walk along the cliffs to St Ives is stunning too. A couple of highlights included some stunning sun risessets, dolphin spotting in the bay & watching shooting stars from the hot tub. The accommodation is exceptional, spotlessly clean & finished to a very high standard the photos dont do it justice. The local artwork throughout the property is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped & having washing up liquid, cloths & tea towels was very helpful. The linen is thick and luxurious & sitting outside snuggled in one of the many throws with a coffee, was lovely in January. The hot tub is checked regularly & housekeeping were really helpful. The welcome hamper, milk in the fridge & fresh flowers were lovely touches & made us feel very welcome. The owners were quick to respond to a couple of minor issues & couldnt have been more helpful. If we had one minor niggle, it would be lack of storage space in the bedrooms & bathrooms we did feel some additional drawers andor shelves would be helpful. Otherwise an exceptional property, in a peaceful & quiet, but prime location. We loved it & would have no hesitation in recommending it

Had an incredible week here at Bayvista a beautiful property finished to a very high standard. The kitchen had everything we needed and the art throughout the house is simply stunning. Thank you, it's been an incredible week.

We have had a lovely week in this beautiful house and explored Cornwall. St Michaels Mount and The Minack Theatre were amazing. Used the train lots to and from St Ives. The Talay Thai was superb and the Yellow Canary had the best coffee. Will miss these amazing views. Thank you!

A beautiful home in a stunning location we have all loved our two weeks here! We hit the jackpot with the weather and spent almost the entire time camped on the beach each day with a cool bag for a picnic lunchdrinks.

We have absolutely loved our stay here! ! The stunning balcony views that I wish we could wake up to every morning. The beautifully decorated and very comfortable house that we have spent a lovely week in has made lovely memories for us. We will definitely be back as this has been our favourite stays of ours.

Our expectations have been surpassed. From wonderful sea views to a great location. The short train ride into St Ives looking out over the turquoise waters will be in our memories until our next visit...hopefully soon
