Pentire is a five-bedroom, three-storey detached house on the Pentire Peninsula in Newquay, Cornwall. It sits above the Gannel Estuary with direct private access to the waterfront from the bottom of the garden. The views are genuinely spectacular wide-angle estuary and sea views from the roof balcony, with sunsets that guests consistently rave about.
Fistral Beach is a two-minute walk away. You can paddle or walk across the Gannel to Crantock Beach. Newquay town centre is five minutes by car. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided for guests. The 6-person electric hot tub sits on the lower ground floor terrace alongside a seasonal plunge pool and outdoor lounge suite.

The 6-person electric hot tub sits on the lower terrace overlooking the garden and Gannel Estuary. Guests use it day and night.
Single-seater kayaks and rigid paddleboards are provided free for guests to use directly from the private waterfront access at the bottom of the garden.
The lower ground floor cinema room has a large modular sofa seating eight, a big-screen smart TV and a full sound system. Direct access to the pool terrace too.

From the A392 follow signs into Newquay and head towards the Pentire Peninsula. The property is on Treheyl, Pentire, with a private driveway parking for three cars. Additional road parking is available at the front of the house on a first-come first-served basis.
Newquay railway station is approximately 1.5 miles from the property around a 5-minute taxi ride or a 25-minute walk. The branch line connects to Par on the main London Paddington to Penzance line.
