The Granary is a luxury barn conversion at Higher Yalberton Farm in South Devon. Part of a small collection of three renovated barns, this former farm building sits in a quiet corner of the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Original stone walls, exposed roof trusses and high ceilings give it real character while the interior is finished to a high standard with contemporary furnishings throughout.
You're deep in the South Devon countryside yet Torbay's beaches at Paignton, Torquay and Brixham are within 15 minutes' drive. Stoke Gabriel and the River Dart are just 4 minutes away. Totnes and Dartington Hall are 10 minutes down the road. The private electric hot tub sits in the sunny front garden alongside a gas BBQ and seating for eight.
