The Roseland Retreat is a five-bedroom luxury coastal cottage in St Mawes on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall. Set within a private gated setting above the water in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it has panoramic views across the Fal Estuary from its first-floor living space. The upside-down layout puts the kitchen and living area on the top floor to make the most of those views.
St Mawes is a working harbour village with waterside cafés, bakeries, boutique shops and traditional pubs. You can walk to the harbour, beaches and restaurants. Ferries run to Falmouth. Coastal paths lead to St Anthony Head and hidden beaches.

Five king-size bedrooms sleep up to ten guests across three floors. Two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. There is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom five has twin beds with a pull-out trundle bed.
Trelissick Garden (6 miles, 15 mins), St Mawes Castle (0.3 miles, 5 mins walk), Falmouth by ferry (20 mins) and Truro (14 miles, 30 mins) are all within easy reach.

The nearest mainline railway station is Truro, approximately 14 miles away and around 30 minutes by car. From Truro you can take a taxi or bus towards St Mawes. Ferries also run from Falmouth to St Mawes for a scenic approach by water.
