It sits in the most secluded position on the estate with uninterrupted sea views across Gerrans Bay from the sun deck, living area and master bedroom balcony. Views stretch from Gull Rock and Nare Head all the way round to the southwest.
The estate has a creek on one side and the Roseland coastline on the other. Walks from the estate lead directly to the coastal footpath around the creeks and cliffs of St Anthony Headland. Porthcurnick and Towan beaches are both under a mile away. Portscatho is a peaceful harbour village with two pubs, a local butcher and a well-stocked store.

The lodge sleeps six across three bedrooms. Ground floor has a 4ft 6in double and a twin with two 3ft singles. The first-floor master has a 5ft kingsize bed and its own balcony. Two bathrooms one with nautical touches on the ground floor.
On-site shared facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna. St Mawes Castle is 4 miles away (10 minutes). Trelissick Garden is 8 miles (20 minutes). Falmouth is 12 miles (25 minutes). The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 14 miles (30 minutes).
