The Old Mill is a detached former corn mill in Egloskerry, Cornwall, dating back to the 15th century and last used as a working mill in the 1960s. Built from cob and stone, it has been sympathetically renovated to keep its original beams and character features while adding modern comforts. It sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms arranged over two floors in a topsy-turvy layout that makes the most of the countryside views.
Set amongst lush Cornish farmland, the property backs onto an enclosed lawned garden with uninterrupted views over surrounding grazing fields. A private hot tub for 6 sits outside. Launceston is just 5 miles away.

Two shower rooms serve the property one on each floor. The first floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a woodburning stove, 40" Smart TV and Xbox One.
Launceston Castle and Lawrence House Museum are both in Launceston (5 miles). Bodmin Moor is roughly 20 minutes west. Dartmoor National Park is around 30 minutes east. The North Cornwall coastline at Bude is approximately 18 miles away (30 minutes).
