Ross Cottage at St Leonards is a 2-bedroom barn conversion bungalow set in 20 acres of wooded valley grounds beside the River Kensey in Polson, just 2 miles from Launceston in Cornwall. Sitting close to the Devon/Cornwall border, it's a solid base for touring both coastlines and Dartmoor. All rooms are on the ground floor making it easy for all ages.
The St Leonards site is packed with things to do. There's an on-site equestrian centre, paintball, a half-acre coarse fishing lake and a shared heated outdoor pool (9. 6m x 4. 9m, open May - September). The hot tub seats 4 and there's also a heated jacuzzi plunge pool and a sauna on site.
The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms one double (4ft 6in) and one twin (two 3ft beds).
