Judd House at St Leonards is a two-bedroom ground floor barn conversion sitting within a 20-acre equestrian centre beside the River Kensey in Polson near Launceston, Cornwall. Set on a working horse riding school, this is a genuinely different kind of holiday base guests are actively encouraged to try horse riding during their stay.
The site spans 23 acres of wooded valley countryside with a half-acre coarse fishing lake, paintball on site and kingfishers along the riverbank. You'll often wake to the dawn chorus here. It's well placed for touring both the north and south Cornish coasts and sits right on the Devon/Cornwall border.
Judd House sleeps four across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6in double bed. Bedroom 2 has two 3ft single beds.
