What a stunning cottage, in a beautiful location. Its been beautifully restored, showing real craftsmanship throughout. We were struggling to narrow down our choice for a cottage in Cornwall reading a review mentioning the alpacas tipped it for us, and were so grateful that it did. Ollie, the owner, was so helpful and easy to reach if needed, feeding the alpacas daily was fun and even the weather gave us the odd break. Perfect location to be able to explore in all directions, well appointed throughout and the comfiest beds in the world. Our first trip to Cornwall it wont be the last and well certainly be back to the coach house. Simply stunning.

Lovely place, perfect for 4 people with ample parking. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need provided. Excellent location, nice and quiet if you just want to get off grid but also close enough to plenty of places if you want to get out and explore. The hot tub was great and it was fun feeding the alpacas! The welcome gifts were much appreciated and a lovely touch. Was nice to meet Ollie and Becky who were easily contactable on the rare occasion we needed anything. Highly recommended, we had a wonderful break.

Simply stunning cottage. .Ollie was so welcoming and even helped when we needed a parcel delivered! Extremely comfortable cottage with everything you could ever need for a home away from home. The jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in at the end of a long walk on Dartmoor. We couldnt recommend any higher.

What a lovely peaceful and beautiful little corner of the world this is, the coach house is tastefully decorated and furnished, the bedding and beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. This place offers peace and tranquility and I cannot recommend it enough, this has been a wonderful break and the owner, Olly was very kind in providing a welcome hamper, I will be back, what a lovely find this has been. One of the nicest places I have stayed in.

The coach house is such a peaceful retreat! This was our first stay and we will definitely be back. The house is very spacious with the added benefit of a hot tub and visits from the alpacas. The welcome treats were a lovely surprise. Ollie is right on hand if there are any issues but we didnt have any problems. Beds are very comfy and the kitchen is fitted with everything you need just like home from home. The garden area is beautiful to just sit and relax, enjoy breakfast or an afternoon glass of fizz.

The beds were so comfortable and the super king size bed was amazing, the kitchen well equipped, loved the shampoo and conditioner used this brand before and it was lovely to find this available. Loved the welcome gifts. The whole cottage is welcoming, spotlessness clean and well maintained. I found the hot tub a bit chilly for me but that is a personally choice i love things boiling hot. The kitchen was well equipped. This is the best cottage ive stayed at using Sykes cottages. Can you please buy other cottages and put all over Cornwall please. You can see how much love and care has gone into this property to make is a 5 accommodation.

This was the second time that we have stayed at The Coachhouse and on our last night here we booked again for next year. The environment is just stunning and so quiet and relaxing. We have never stayed anywhere so clean and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable so a good nights sleep was had by all. The hot tub is private and a real luxury. The welcome pack was generous and delicious. The kitchen is well equipped and all of this combined with the cottages convenient location for Looe, Polperro and Fowey made for a wonderful holiday. Liskeard station is not far away giving easy access to other parts of the county. The owner is really helpful, approachable and welcoming thank you for a wonderful stay and we will see you next year!

2nd visit to Woodfield Coach House. Great central location so meant easy to get to North and South coasts and further into Cornwall. Supermarkets nearby. Lovely peaceful surroundings and we love coming here as family. Kids loved exploring and saying hello to the Alpacas. Property is well maintained and clean. Friendly owners. We have had an amazing time at this lovely property, a real home from home with everything we could have wanted included for a really relaxing stay. We loved using the hot tub in the evenings and the fact that rules and regulations were not posted all over it as we have seen in previous places we have stayed at. We ate at home more than usual because it was so lovely and easy to cook in the wellequipped kitchen. We loved meeting the cheeky alpacas next door too who were quite happy to come and say hi . We had to use the heating in July! a couple of times when the temperature dropped and this was very easy and efficient and we were soon feeling very toasty. We can see why it gets very booked up everything was perfect.

Beautiful cottage spotlessly clean , so well equipped. Loved the hot tub and it's private location. The super king bed was just so comfy , we have had a wonderfully peaceful time staying there. Would definitely highly recommend this cottage to other travellers.

The owner Ollie is nearby if needed, friendly & helpful on arrival & departure but respectful of privacy in between. Very lovely welcome gifts of fizz & afternoon tea which we very much enjoyed. The property is spotless & very comfortable. We cooked most days & everything we needed was there. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in & watching the alpacas & squirrels. Situated a couple of miles from Liskeard along a short unmade road this property is ideally places to explore the surrounding area. It has an excellent well equipped kitchen,spacious living area and two very well appointed bedrooms both with very comfortable double king sized beds which made for a good nights sleep. Add to that a shower downstairs and bath with shower over upstairs and this cottage has all you require and more. The addition of the hot tub was an added bonus as was well utilised during our stay. The property was clean throughout and should cater for your every need. The owner Ollie lives close by if there are any issues to resolve and certainly makes you feel welcome with a very nice welcome pack The only thing we had a small issue with was the wifi which did drop out on occasions nothing major and certainly detract from our enjoyment We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property . This is a delightful property, clean, beautifully presented, with lovely personal touches. Welcome winesconesmilk, tea and coffee etc so lovely and so welcome after a long drive. Readily available logs for the woodburner for a cosy evening in and a well stocked kitchen. We have been visiting this area for years to visit friends and this is the first time we found this property I dont think we will be looking to stay anywhere else now when this has so much.

Woodfield Coach House is in a class of its own, it was just lovely and we had a thoroughly relaxing stay. The bed was sooooo comfortable, I took photos of the make etc so I can update our bedding at home! Ollie, the owner was very welcoming and helpful which was useful as we had not been to the area before. There are only 2 things I would like to mention, perhaps a slightly larger TV? Also, the path to the hot tub is gravel so maybe either recommend visitors bring suitable foot wear or an alternative surface? If you are looking for somewhere amazing to stay in a beautiful part of Cornwall, then look no further

We are walking to South West Coast Path at the moment and chose Woodfield Coach House to stay at whilst we did our latest section. So glad we did I don't actually think the photos do it justice. Firstly position wise it is up a private track just off a main road so feels like you are miles from anywhere at the property but equally it makes getting about very easy too being close to Liskeard and lots of supermarkets too. We had a lovely bottle of prosecco, scones, cream, jam, tea and milk left as a welcoming pack. The coach house has been decorated to a really high standard a lot of thought has obviously been put into it. A really comfortable place to stay and explore from and the setting is just lovely. We could not fault it. Ollie, the owner, popped around to see if we had everything we needed and was very helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending it and would certainly be very happy to stay there again. Fabulous property!

A most comfortable and lovely cottage which had everything we needed and furnished and maintained to a high standard. A beautiful location too.
